COVID-19

We acknowledge the critical importance of ensuring the health and safety of all patrons and the broader public at the Swan Hill Food & Wine Festival. Swan Hill Incorporated and the Food and Wine Festival Committee is in regular communications with relevant local and state authorities and COVID-19 safe plans have been prepared for the Festival. Swan Hill Food & Wine Festival are committed to adhering to the highest level of health and safety protocols for the duration the Festival and the experiences on offer. The Swan Hill Food & Wine Festival Committee will continue to monitor all restrictions and requirements due to COVID-19.This could include limitations on queues, items that can and cannot be brought into the venue, social distancing measures, time changes and/or artist changes. Any and all communications will be updated via website and social media channels.

If you have a ticket for the PYAP twilight river cruise or for the general admission for the main event, please keep an eye out for our communications which will be:  

– Via direct email to the patron that purchased the tickets 

– On The Swan Hill Food & Wine Festival website

– On the Swan Hill Food & Wine Facebook and Instagram accounts

Some of the things we will be doing to make our event safe:  

  • Choice of digital tickets
  • QR code check in
  • Regular touchpoint cleaning
  • Hand sanitiser stations
  • Additional Staffing – security and event staff to help manage social distancing onsite.
  • COVIDSafe Marshall to ensure compliance
  • Increased communications to patrons and staff

VACCINATION  

Our events will be run in accordance with applicable Government directions, orders, regulations associated with COVID-19 in place at the time of the event, which can change quickly. These requirements may include but are not limited to proof of double vaccination, QR code check ins and possibly other measures enforced by the relevant government bodies. Unless required by applicable law, refunds will not be applicable as a result of following the conditions of or changes to any applicable Government directions, orders, regulations or guidance associated with COVID-19.
