STALL HOLDER APPLICATION FORM

The Food and Wine Festival will only be a successful event for the Region with the support of multiple providers of either food or wine on the Saturday. Our prime aim is to encourage you to take up display space for this purpose.

  • Display site at Pioneer Settlement on Saturday 8 March 2025.
  • Acknowledgment on the festival website and festival program
  • Display of one company banner at the event venue (provided by the partnership partner)
  • Opportunity to sell your product (food/alcohol) between 11:00am – 6:00pm on Saturday 8th March 2025.
  • Prize draw permitted (if desired) you are welcome to provide a prize and invite visitors to place their business card in the draw to win the prize etc.

Note: You will need to apply for a temporary liquor license if selling alcohol on the day; a Food Handling Certificate (Streatrader) is required as well as public liability of $20 million.

Terms & Conditions

  1. You are permitted to trade only on the date of the specified by the event organiser.
  2. All food truck operators and food vendors must have their own public liability insurance, Streatrader permit and all equipment and fire safety equipment must be in date and checked.
  3. The Organisations gives indemnity to SWAN HILL INCORPORATED (hereinafter called “Swan Hill Inc”) Whereas the Organisation has applied to Swan Hill Inc for authority to use a portion of the road and agents and each of them from and against all actions, costs, claims, charges, expenses, penalties, demands and damages whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against them, or any of them arising from the Organisation’s performance or purported performance in the use of the footpath for purposes associated with the use of the premises and be directly related to the negligent acts, errors or omission of the Organisation. The Organisation agrees to hold harmless Swan Hill Inc, its servants and agents, and each of them from and against all actions, costs, claims, charges, expenses, penalties, demands and damages whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against them, or any of them, arising out of, or in relation to the said use of the footpath for purposes associated with the use of the premise.
  4. If cancelled two weeks or less from the date of the festival no refund will be issued.
